To join the fun, you'll need a stable internet connection and a compatible device like a PC, laptop, or tablet. For VR programs, a Meta Quest headset is required and can be provided. For focus and privacy, we recommend using headphones or a quiet space.

At Mud Club, we prioritize a secure online environment, carefully choosing software with robust safety features for member-only gaming experiences. Our therapists cultivate a private and respectful setting, empowering every child to engage confidently.

Mud Club is all about fit and fun in learning. If you find that Mud Club isn't the perfect match for your child at any point, you can cancel anytime. We believe in our program’s value and want you to stay because you love it, not because you feel obligated to do so.

During our 55-minute sessions, we start with a check-in and skill-building exercise to level up, then jump into gaming. Participation options are flexible: members can type, speak, use the camera, or just play the games. We encourage all forms of participation!

Use your XP to create personalized OT Toolkits at home with items from Amazon and Meta Quest stores. From fidgets to tech accessories to VR apps, this not only encourages exploration but also provides tools that support members' therapeutic journey at home.

Membership grants weekly access to two 1-hour gaming sessions, ongoing support from our therapy team, personalized therapy tools, gaming software, and access to customized therapy resources, including equipment letters, all for $100 per week.

Our membership fee covers everything you need, with no surprises along the way. And for a deeper dive into achievements, you can request a Progress Report anytime for an extra $150 - a great way to spotlight all the progress and celebrate milestones!

Our memberships are flexible and designed to align with your family's changing schedules and needs. With no fixed end date, they offer the adaptability to continue, pause, or cancel, ensuring we meet your needs at every stage.

Mud Club accepts various funding sources, including provincial programs such as the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and Autism Funding Unit (AFU), private insurance, online school partnerships, and private payments.

At the end of each month, you’ll receive a clear, detailed statement. You have a flexible 30-day window from the billing date for payment. We offer various convenient payment methods, including e-transfer, direct deposit, credit card, or cheque.

Presently, Mud Club operates within Canada, tailoring services to meet the needs and funding options specific to Canadian families and educational institutions. While focused here for now, we may expand our reach in the future. Let us know where you are!
